摘 要:目的:考察不同相对分子质量、不同接枝率壳聚糖-g-水杨酸的药理活性,为发现水杨酸或阿司匹林的替代药物提供基础化合物。方法:以水杨酸和阿司匹林为阳性对照,考察不同相对分子质量、不同接枝率壳聚糖-g-水杨酸的抗炎、镇痛和抗凝血作用,以此评价壳聚糖-g-水杨酸与原药的药理活性差异。结果:在主药阿司匹林浓度相等情况下,壳聚糖-g-水杨酸的抗炎活性和抗凝血活性与阿司匹林相当,即时镇痛作用弱于阿司匹林,长效镇痛作用优于阿司匹林。结论:壳聚糖-g-水杨酸具有与阿司匹林相当的抗炎、镇痛和抗凝血活性,具有较好的开发应用前景。Objective:To investigate pharmacological activity of different molecular weight and different rates of graft chitosan-g-salicylic acid. Methods : The pharmacological effect of the drug difference, anti-inflammatory, analgesic and anticoagulant function of different molecular weight, different rates of graft chitosan-g-salicylic acid was investigated, with salicylic acid and aspirin as the positive control. The difference of pharmacology was measured between chitosan-g-salicylic acid and positive control. Results:At the same concentration level, the anti-inflammatory activity and the anticoagulant activity of chitosan-g-salicylic was equal to those of aspirin,and the immediate analgesic effect was weaker than that of aspirin. The long-term analgesic effect was better than that of aspirin. Conclusion:Chitosan-g-salicylic acid shows considerable anti-inflammatory, analgesic and anti-clotting activities compared with aspirin, and has the fine application prospect.
