摘  要:目的:比较分光光度法和吸附质量法测定鞣质含量的区别,并对现行药典收载的分光光度法进行改进,为完善和优化鞣质检测方法提供参考。方法:以大黄为研究对象,比较现行的分光光度法和经典的吸附质量法检测鞣质含量的差异;参考并比较欧洲药典、《中华人民共和国药典》以及我国食品检测国家标准收载的鞣质含量测定方法,对现行《中华人民共和国药典》收载的方法进行改进。结果:现行的分光光度法与皮粉吸附质量法测定的大黄鞣质含量结果差别显著,前者的结果比后者小2-3倍。结论:改进后的分光光度法采用鞣酸为对照品,超声法进行提取,干酪素为吸附剂,测定结果与经典的皮粉吸附质量法较为接近,同时缩短了检测时间。Objective:To compare the difference between spectrophotometry and absorbed mass analysis for the determination of tannins in rhubarb. Methods:The current speetro-photometric method listed in Chinese Pharmacopoeia was compared to the classical absorbed mass analysis for the determination of tannins in rhubarb. And the method was compared with the methods listed in national food analysis standards and European Pharmacopoeia. Results:The tannins contents determined by current spectro-photometric method were significantly different from those determined by absorbed mass analysis. Conclusion:The tannins determination method was developed. Tannic acid was used as standard control. The sample was extracted with ultrasound wave and absorbed with casein. The results of the developed method and the classical method were similar and the determination time was shortened.
