摘 要:目的为探讨内源性药物干粉吸入给药的研究进展,找出其中最适宜的干粉吸入剂的制作工艺和给药方法和剂量。方法从网络最近公开发表的文献综合分析、比较后将适宜的干粉制作工艺和给药方法作了概述。结果内源性药干粉吸入的临床效果、不良反应、病人的感受都比液体气管内滴入给药好,比注射给药更好,相比差异均有显著性。制作工艺以超临界流体技术较好,但因应用时间短尚需继续观察,目前应用较多的喷雾干燥法。结论内源性药物,采用干粉吸入法给药是目前较好的方法,有推广价值。Objective For the discuss endogenous drug xerium inhalation administration study progression, the making technology and medication and dose of the search thereinto optimum xerium inhalant.
