摘　　要：介绍图像信息处理技术的一项基础性研究——图像颜色特征提取技术,重点讨论颜色特征提取技术的发展现状以及两大应用背景,即图像检索和图像情感语义的研究,揭示了颜色特征提取技术在基于内容的图像检索和图像情感识别研究方面的重要作用。总结了常用的颜色特征提取方法,指出现有方法中存在的问题和不足之处,提出了研究的新思路,并对今后的研究重点做出了展望。A basic research of the image information processing technology--image feature extraction is introduced, the development and two application background of the color feature extraction technology, which are image retrieval and affection semanteme of image, are mainly discussed, it opens out the important effect of color feature extraction in the field of content-based image retrieval and affection recognition of image. It sums up the commonly used research methods, and proposes to the existing problems and deficiencies. Finally, it suggests the new research ideas, and composes out the outlook of the future research.
