摘　　要：随着Web服务的广泛应用,监控和管理这些IT资源的需求也变得越来越迫切。为了对Web服务进行有效的管理,OASIS组织提出了Web服务分布式管理协议WSDM。本文通过对WSDM协议进行研究,提出了一个基于WSDM的Web服务管理框架,同时阐明了框架的各组成模块及各部分之间的相互关系。With wide applications of Web Services, monitoring and management of these IT resources have become more and more necessary. In order to manage these Web Services more effectively and efficiently, the OASIS Consortium has issued the Web Ser- vices Distributed Management （WSDM）. Based on the study of that standard, this paper provides a management framework of these services using WSDM, and expounds the function of the module and relation each other at the same time.
