摘　　要：针对港口监测信息系统的特点,分析了数据库的功能需求,研究了相应的系统总体应用技术,提出了一种基于第三范式数据库表设计的数据库优化方案,设计了港口监测信息系统数据库,并实现了港口监测信息原型系统。实验结果表明,该方法可显著改善数据库访问速度,从而提高了整个港口监测信息系统的性能。Aiming at the features of Port Monitoring Information System, we analyze the functional requirements of database, research the synthesis application of corresponding system, put forward a method for database optimization based on the third normal form, de- sign and implement the database and Port Monitoring Information System. Experiments demonstrate that the method could improve the speed of data access obviously, so as to optimize the whole performance of system.
