摘　　要：达托霉素是获准上市的首个环脂肽类抗生素,其结构新颖,杀菌机制独特。体外试验证实其对多重耐药G+菌有快速有效的浓度依赖性杀菌作用,用于治疗G+菌引起的皮肤与皮肤组织感染、金葡球菌性菌血症或右侧心内膜炎,且其安全性和耐受性好,是一种有应用前途的抗生素。Daptomycin is the first approved member of a new class of antibiotics, lipopeptides, which has a specific structure and an unusual mechanism of action. The in vitro studies have indicated that daptomycin is a potent and concentration-dependent bactericidal agent against a broad range of multidrug-resistant Gram-positive microorganisms. It was approved for the treatment of complicated skin and skin-structure infections caused by Grampositive microorganisms, as well as the treatment of bacteremia and right-sided endocarditis caused by Staphylococcus aureus. It is considered as a relatively safe and tolerable agent, and has a good future.
