摘  要:目的:观察蛇毒复方制剂冰茶栓对W 256细胞诱导的骨癌痛大鼠痛阈及骨损伤的影响。方法:将SD大鼠分为假手术组、模型组、阳性药组及冰茶栓3个剂量组,除假手术组外,其余各组参照文献方法复制骨癌痛模型;造模d 15开始,假手术组和模型组给予空白栓,阳性药组给予颅痛定,冰茶栓3个剂量组分别给予冰茶栓101,50.5,25.25 mg.kg-1;于给药前后不同时间点采用热板法和足趾压痛法测量大鼠热痛阈与机械痛阈值的变化;末次给药后,对各组大鼠左侧后肢进行X线摄片并评分;骨组织病理学观察。结果:冰茶栓可明显升高W 256细胞诱导的骨癌痛大鼠热痛阈及机械痛阈值,抑制W 256细胞引起的骨损伤。结论:冰茶栓具有较明显的抗W 256细胞诱导的骨癌痛作用。Objective : To determine the effect of the compound preparation of agkistrodon halyx pallas venom (Bingcha embolus) on pain threshold and bone destruction in bone cancer induced by W256 cancer cells in rats. Methods: Sprague-Dawley female rats were divided into 6 groups. Bone cancer pain was induced according to a published method. From the 15th day after operation, rats were treated with blank embolus, rotundine, and 3 doses ( 101 , 50.5 and 25.25 mg·kg^-1 ) of Bingcha embolus, respectively. The pain thresholds were measured by hot plate test and paw-pressure detector before and after the treatments to assess the analgesic effect. After the last treatment, the X-ray images of left hind legs were observed and the pathology in bone tissues was examined in all the rats. Results: Bingcha embolus remarkably increased thresholds of thermal and pressure pains in rats with the bone cancer, and attenuated the bone destruction induced by W256 cells. Conclusion: Bingcha embolus possesses an analgesic effect on bone cancer pain induced by W256 cancer cells in rats.
