复方丹参滴丸联用氟伐他汀对颈动脉粥样斑块的干预作用

摘　　要：目的:观察复方丹参滴丸联用氟伐他汀对颈动脉粥样斑块的干预作用。方法:选择116例门诊颈动脉粥样斑块的患者随机分为三组:复方丹参滴丸组(39例),在常规治疗基础上加服复方丹参滴丸10粒,tid;氟伐他汀组(39例),在常规治疗基础上加服氟伐他汀40 mg,每晚1次;联合治疗组(38例),在常规治疗的基础上,应用复方丹参滴丸10粒,tid,氟伐他汀40 mg,每晚1次,均连用6个月。所有患者均于服药前和服药后6个月行颈动脉超声检查,观察各组患者用药前后颈动脉粥样斑块的变化,并进行比较。结果:三组患者用药前后自身对照,颈动脉粥样斑块明显减轻[(2.32±1.47)vs(1.71±1.10),(2.41±0.38)vs(2.05±0.36),(2.35±0.51)vs(1.33±0.34),P<0.05],用药前后复方丹参滴丸组与氟伐他汀组间无明显差异[(2.32±1.47)vs(2.41±0.38),(1.71±1.10)vs(2.05±0.36),P>0.05],但用药后联合治疗组均较复方丹参滴丸组和氟伐他汀组明显减轻[(1.33±0.34)vs(1.71±1.10),(1.33±0.34)vs(2.05±0.36),P<0.05],各组均未见明显的不良反应。结论:复方丹参滴丸和氟伐他汀对颈动脉粥样斑块均有明显的抑制作用,两药联用效果更佳,且无明显的不良反应。Objective：To observe the efficacy of compound Danshen Diwan combined with fiuvastatin in patients with carotid atherosclerotic plaques. Methods：One hundred and sixteen patients with carotid atherosclerotic plaques selected from the clinic were randomly assigned to 3 groups. They were treated with oral compound Danshen Diwan （n =39, 10 pills, three times a day）, fluvastatin （n =39, 40 mg, once a day） ,or the combination （n = 38） for 6 months in addition to general therapy. The thickness of carotid internal media was determined by B ultrasonic inspection before and after the treatments. Results：In patients treated with Danshen Diwan or fluvastatin alone, the thickness was not different before treatment （P 〉 0.05） , but remarkably decreased after treatment for 6 months （2.32±1.47 vs 1.71±1. 10, 2.41±0.38 vs2.05±0.36,P〈0.05）. The thickness decreased more in the combination group than in Danshen Diwan or fluvastatin alone group （1.33±0.34 vs 1.71± 1. 10, 1.33 ± 0. 34 vs 2.05±0.36 ,P 〈 0.05）. No side effect was found in the 3 groups. Conclusion：Both compound Danshen Diwan and fluvastatin can inhibit formation of carotid atherosclerosis without side effects, and the effect of their combination is better.
