蒙药“扎冲十三味丸”中挥发油提取包合工艺的研究

摘　　要：目的：对扎冲十三味药物中的挥发油成分进行共提取，同时对挥发油的包合工艺进行筛选，确立最佳工艺条件。方法：设计正交试验考察工艺中的各影响因素，同时对挥发油进行相关的质量标准的初步研究。结果：得出最佳的提取条件为：加水10倍体积，浸泡1h，粉碎2～3目，提取6h；最佳包合条件为：投料比8：1，加水量8：1，包合温度40℃，进行饱和水溶液法包合挥发油。结论：通过工艺优化，挥发油成分可以进行有效提取和包合。Objective：To optimize the condition of the co-extraction and clathration technology of volatile oil for ＂Zha Chong Shi San Wei Wan＂ for industry. Method：Effecitve factors were investigated for the extraction technology, and the quality criteria of volatile oil was established. Result：The optimal co-extraction condition was as follows：Herbal was crushed into 2 to 3 mesh and soaked in 10 times volume of water for 1 hour, and then boiling extracted for 6 hours. The optimal clathration condition was as follows：8 times weight of β-CD was added to volatile oil. Then 8 times volume of water was added, and the temperature was at 40 ℃ using saturation solution method. Conclusion：With the optimized conditions,the volatile oil can be extracted and clathrated effectively.
