基于因子分析方法的农业产业化经营现状评价——以北京郊区为例

摘　　要：农业产业化是现代农业发展的基本方向和市场农业的基本经营方式。此文构建了农业产业化经营评价指标体系,并利用多元统计分析中的因子分析方法,对北京市13个郊区县的农业产业化经营现状进行了系统评价,为其他省市提供经验借鉴。研究表明,北京郊区农业产业化整体水平显著提高,但各区县间发展存在较大的不均衡性。个别郊区县农业产业化发展较薄弱,需从壮大农业龙头企业、培育农民合作组织、完善产业化利益联结机制等角度提升农业产业化发展水平。Agriculture industrialization is basic trend of modem agriculture and basic operating mode of market agriculture. We design a set of guide line, which measure the actuality of agriculture industrialization. And we evaluate that of 13 administrative divisions of Beijing by factorial analysis method. We conclude there is unbalanced status in different administrative divisions evidently. There is some weak link of agriculture industrialization in particular administrative divisions, and proper measures should be adopted, such as strengthening leading enterprise, fostering co-operatives and improving interest coordinating mechanism.
