摘  要:飞机发动机架和作动筒等许多零部件的材料为30CrMnSiA,即飞机钢。在飞机的使用过程中,其表面会出现划伤、磨损、腐蚀、压坑等现象,需要修复。为此,研究了综合利用摩擦电喷镀技术和n-Al2O3/Ni-Wu纳米复合刷镀技术对30CrMnSiA飞机钢进行表面修复的新工艺。介绍了修复工艺和流程,并对修复层性能进行测试,结果表明,表面修复层完全满足修复要求,该工艺提高了飞机作动筒等部件修复面的耐磨性能和镀层结合强度,而且耐蚀性能良好。同时也解决了氢脆问题。Many components and parts in aircraft, such as engine mount and actuating cylinder and so on, are made of 30CrMnSiA (i. e. aircraft steel). After flying for some time, those phenomenon such as scuffing, abrasion, corrode and drop pits which need be repaired will be appeared on the surface of aircraft. With regards to this, a new surface repair technology for 30CrMnSiA used in aircraft by making use of friction spray electroplating and n-Al2O3/Ni-Wu nanometer composite brush electroplating is researched. Meanwhile the repair process flows are introduced, and the properties of repair layer are tested. The results show that the requirement of repair layer is completely met. This technology can improve the wear resistance, bonding force and corrosion resistance of repair layer (such as actuating cylinder of aircraft and so on), and have good corrosion resistance, at the same time can solve the hydrogen embrittlement of repair layer.
