摘 要:对壁厚为1mm的冷弯薄壁卷边槽钢的受弯承载力性能进行了试验研究。共完成了两种截面、三种不同跨度的13根简支梁试件的试验。将试件的试验承载力与采用我国现行标准《冷弯薄壁型钢结构技术规范》(GB50018—2002)规定计算结果作了比较。对比结果表明,按我国规范GB50018—2002规定计算厚度小于2mm冷弯薄壁型钢受弯构件承载力是可行的,试验结果均高于规范理论计算值,规范计算值偏于安全。The experimental study focuses on the flexural bearing capacity of cold-formed lipped channel members with thickness is lmm. A total of 13 simply supported beam members with two sections and three different spans were tested. The test beating capacity of the members has been compared with the calculated results based on the provisions of Chinese current code, " Technical code of cold-formed thin-walled steel structures" GB50018-2002. The results show that the process of calculating bearing capacity according to Chinese code GB50018-2002 is feasible, and the test results are higher than calculated values, which means the using of calculation formula set in the norm is reasonable.
