摘　　要：陆佃《尔雅新义》是北宋较为优秀的《尔雅》注本。他注重辨析同义词之间的细微差别,注意到释条间的联系,发现"一名而两读"的现象,有其历史价值。但在探求语源方面也有牵强附会的现象。Er ya Xin Yi which was written by LU Dian, was more excellent Er ya annotating edition in the North Song Dynasty. He laid stess on the subtle difference between synonyms, paid attention to the relations among interpret items, and discovered the phenomenon of ＂one substance two interpret items＂, which were of historic significance. However, he made farfetched explanation in serching for language source.
