摘  要:综合利用摩擦电喷镀技术和纳米复合镀层技术修复大型发电机转子轴颈.研究了摩擦电喷镀技术的主要工艺参数和镀层硬度的关系,比较了摩擦电喷镀技术和普通电刷镀技术制备镀层质量,最后介绍了修复工艺和流程.结果表明:摩擦电喷镀技术明显优于普通电刷镀技术,当电压为12 V,镀液喷射速度为2 m/s时,制备的镀层硬度最高,在此工艺下,修复的轴颈满足要求.The rotor shaft neck of large generator was repaired by using friction & spray electroplating and nanocomposite coating technology. The relationship between coating hardness and primary technical parameter of friction & spray electroplating was studied, and the qualities of coating which prepared by rietion & spray electroplating and normal brush plating were contrasted, at last, the repair technology and flow was introduced. The result showed that friction & spray electroplating was much better than brush plating, the coating hardness was best when voltage was 12 V and the spray rate of bath was 2 m/s, and the repaired rotor shaft neck satisfied require under this technology.
