摘 要:目的建立盐炙关黄柏饮片的指纹图谱。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,运用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液(含0.2%三乙胺)梯度洗脱;流速0.8mL/min;检测波长230nm。结果所得色谱图各色谱峰分离较好,达到指纹图谱的要求。结论所建立的HPLC指纹图谱有很好的精密度、重复性和稳定性,能够用于盐炙关黄柏饮片的质量控制。Objective To establish a HPLC fingerprint analysis method of salt -prepared Cortex Phellodendri. Methods C18 column was used, with gradient elution by the mobile phase consisted of aeetonitrile - 0. 1% phosphoric acid (contained 0.2 % triethylamine). The detection wavelength was at 230 nm, and the flow rate was at 0.8 mL/min. Results Seventeen characteristic peaks were selected and the fingerprints on HPLC was set up. Conclusion HPLC fingerprint method is reproducible, accurate and stable, and can be used for the quality control of salt - prepared Cortex Phellodendri.
