摘　　要：接入网作为固定电话业务的重要组成部分，是整个通信网络的末梢。它主要服务于偏远的农村、生产队。由于设备所处的机房环境普遍较差，距离中心机房较远，日常维护工作有诸多不便，因此维护人员只有精通设备的原理，掌握设备的维护技巧，才能更好地保证机器设备的正常运行。As an important part of the fixed line telephone business, the access network is the peripheral of the entire communication network. It is mainly to serve the remote rural areas, the production team. Because the equipments are generally in poor environment far from the central computer room, routine maintenance work has a lot of inconvenience, so maintenance personnel are proficient in the principles of equipment and equipment maintenance techniques in order to better guarantee the normal operation of equipment.
