胫腓血管成形术治疗糖尿病足32例

摘　　要：目的探讨胫腓血管成形术(TPVA)对DM导致的下肢严重缺血(CLI)的疗效。方法对32例DM导致的CLI患者(38条肢体)使用直径小于3mm的球囊进行扩张。结果成功扩张99条血管(30例患者);术后26条患肢静息痛消失,4条肢体溃疡愈合,8条足趾坏疽中7例治愈、1例膝下截肢;术后踝肱指数为0.90±0.18。结论 TPVA对DM导致的CLI疗效显著,近期效果满意。Objective To study the effect of tibioperoneal vessel angioplasty in patients with diabetic lower limb ischaemia. Methods Interventional treatment with small-diameter（≤3mm） balloon dilatation was performed in 32 cases with critical diabetic lower limb ischaemia （38 limbs） from August 2006 to August 2007. Results A total of 99 diseased arteries was successfully dilated. Pain relieved in 26 limbs. 4 foot ulcers were cured. Of the 8 toe necrosis, 1 underwent below-knee amputation. 7 toe necroses were cured. ABI was 0. 90 ± 0. 18. Conclusions Tibioperoneal vessel angioplasty is a feasible method for treating severe ischemia of the lower limb.
