摘  要:青岛体育馆工程跨度大、结构形式复杂、部分悬挑等特点,导致高空钢网架结构操作架的施工难度大。经过操作架的计算分析,采用高空散装法拼装工艺,并采取稳定措施确保操作架的稳定性。介绍操作架施工过程中的搭设要点、安全监测、构造措施和操作架的拆除工艺。同时对操作架的质量进行控制,取得了良好的施工效果,确保了网架工程的结构安全。The characteristics of large span, complex structure and part cantilever in Qingdao Gymnasium result in construction difficulties about handling frame of steel grid frame at high altitude. Based on the calculation and analysis of handling frame, bulk-way assembly technology at high altitude is adopted. Then, stability measures are selected to assure the stability of handling frame. Besides, the technologies are introduced including installation points, safety monitoring, and structure measures as well as demolition of handling frame. The construction quality of handling frame is controlled so that the good effect is gained, which can assure the safety of grid structure.
