摘  要:简支箱梁工厂化集中预制最大限度地实现了施工机械化、规模化和标准化,改善了现场施工环境,有益于施工安全、质量和工期控制,而被广泛应用于我国高速铁路和客运专线建设中。以武广客运专线梅村制梁场为例,对箱梁预制总体方案和梁场纵列式布置进行了阐述,重点介绍箱梁整体钢模板设计与施工、钢筋整体绑扎吊装、高性能混凝土浇筑及养护、三阶段预应力张拉和大吨位箱梁吊运施工技术等特点。The simply supported box beam has been prefabricated centrally in factory to realize the mechanization, large scale and the standardization resulting in improving construction conditions and controlling quality and construction period, which is beneficial for construction safety. Thus, it has been widely applied in conduction of high-speed railway and the passenger special line. Based on the prefab beam factory on Wuhan-Guangzhou Passenger Line in Meicun, the whole scheme for box girder prefabrication and vertical layout of the beam ground are expatiated. Besides, the characteristics and difficulties are introduced, including design and construction of steel stencil-plate, colligation and hoisting of steel bars, as well as pouring and maintenance of high-porfonnance concrete, prestress tension in three periods, hoisting of big-ton box girder, and so on.
