中药注射剂不良反应文献定量评价与分析

摘　　要：目的系统评价与分析《国家基本药物》(2004版)收载的中药注射剂不良反应文献,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用文献计量学方法,从中文科技期刊数据库中检索《国家基本药物》(2004年版)收载的35种中药注射剂的不良反应相关报道,进行回顾性定量评价与分析。结果涉及35种中药注射剂不良反应文献为668篇,报道例数为1205例。不良反应文献报道年份以1998年最多,山东地区文献报道量位居全国首位。结论中药注射剂的安全性应引起高度重视,迫切需要从安全性、有效性、处方的合理性及工艺制造等方面对中药注射剂进行再评价,并应严格规范临床应用中药注射剂的行为。Objective To describe the characteristics of adverse drug reaction associated with traditional Chinese medicinal injection in ＂National Essential Drugs＂ （2004） and provide information for rational drug use in clinical area. Methods Literatures on adverse drug reaction associated with 35 traditional Chinese medicinal injections were searched from Chinese technical journals database. They were analyzed and assessed using retrospective study method. Results A total of 1205 cases of adverse drug reaction were reported in 668 literatures of 35 traditional Chinese medicinal injections. More cases were reported in 1998 than any other years. In this paper, most literatures came from Shandong Province. Conclusions Emphasis on safety of traditional Chinese medicinal injection should be attached. Re-assessment of traditional Chinese medicinal injection needs to be conducted on aspects of safety, efficiency, prescription rationality and manufacturing skills. Traditional Chinese medicinal injection should be appropriately used in clinical practice.
