摘　　要：简述海水管路对船舶的重要性,以及船舶海水管路的腐蚀现状,然后主要从海水管路材质本身的原因和海水特性的原因出发,详细分析了船舶海水管路腐蚀的主要原因,并针对船舶的特点,提出了几种船舶实用和常见的海水管路防腐蚀措施,包括:合理选择海水管路及其附件材料;对海水管路采用耐腐蚀覆盖层;采用电化学保护法;控制管内的海水流速。对合理设计船舶海水管路系统具有一定的参考意义。This paper introduced the importance of seawater pipelines to ships and their erosion actualities. Then, based on the characteristics of the material of seawater pipelines and seawater, this paper analyzed the main reasons of erosion in detail. Considering the specialties of the ships,this paper also put forward some practical and common measures to prevent such erosions, including： choosing appropriate materials for the seawater pipelines and their accessories; coat of endurable erosion paint for the pipelines; using electrochemistry protect means; controling the flow speed of seawater,and so on. This paper has reference significance to the appropriate design of ship systems in seawater.
