摘　　要：禁毒学是专门研究毒品问题,揭示人类社会禁毒活动的规律、特点,预防、揭露、证实和惩治毒品违法犯罪行为以及提供其治理对策、措施的学科。学科构成要素是确定学科建设标准的依据,学科建设标准是学科构成要素的目标化、标准化和制度化。Narcotics control subject is a subject which specifically studies drug problem, reveals the law and characteristic of human being＇s anti - drug activities, prevents, exposes, confirms and punishes drug - related crimes as well as its governance measures. The constituent element is the basis to determine academic Construction standards, the construction standards are the standardization of the constituent element.
