摘　　要：调查报告确认:共用针具注射吸毒是艾滋病病毒传播的主要途径,在吸毒人员中开展美沙酮维持治疗是预防和控制艾滋病蔓延的有效措施。云南省是开展美沙酮维持治疗最早,门诊最多的省份。通过调研,我们发现在美沙酮维持治疗中存在许多问题,因此,对美沙酮维持治疗中存在的问题进行研究和分析,提出对策十分必要。Investigation report confirms that ： drug use through the sharing of needles is the main way to spread HIV ; To carry out methadone maintenance treatment in drug users is effective measure to prevent and control the spread of AIDS. Yunnan Province is the earliest province to carry out methadone maintenance treatment and it has the largest number of outpatient departments. Through research, we found that there are many problems in methadone maintenance treatment in, therefore, it is necessary to study and analyze these existing problems and propose a solution.
