摘　　要：随着网络时代的来临,人们在享受着网络资源带来的强大功能和好处的同时,也面临着越来越严重而复杂的网络安全威胁。防范对策:1.建立网络安全机制和安全服务体系;2.建设"互联网政府"与"互联网国际刑警组织;"3.加强公安网络监察执法人员计算机专业知识的学习。With the coming of internet era, the people enjoy the benefits from the internet, and are faced with the increasing security threat and crimes. Some preventive measures are as followed： the first, to establish internet security system and service system ; the second, to set up ＂internet government＂ and ＂internet Interpol＂ ; at last, increasing the computer training to the internet law enforcement officers.
