柴枳朴槟汤原方及拆方对正常大鼠胃排空的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察柴枳朴槟汤原方及拆方对正常大鼠胃排空的影响。方法:取80只大鼠随机分成正常对照组、理气A组、理气B组、活血A组、活血B组、理气活血A组、理气活血B组(柴枳朴槟汤原方组)、甘草组8组,灌胃14d后进行胃排空能力的检测。结果:与正常对照组比较,理气A组、理气活血A组和理气活血B组胃内色素相对残留率水平明显降低,差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05);理气A组、理气活血A组与理气活血B组三组之间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:柴枳朴槟汤原方及拆方对大鼠胃排空的影响不同,理气活血A、B组及理气A组对大鼠胃排空的影响较为明显,推测方中理气药具有促进大鼠胃排空的作用,而单独应用活血药对大鼠胃排空影响不大。Objective：To observe the effect of Chaizhi Pubin recipe and its separated recipes on gastric motility of rats. Methods：80 SD male rats were randomly and averagely divided into normal control group,regulating the flow of qi group A and B,promoting the circulation of blood group A and B,regulating the flow of qi and promoting the circulation of blood group A and B and Gancao group.14 d after administration,gastric residue was observed in all the rats with a marker of dextran blue-2000 to determine the capacity of gastric emptying. Result：Compared with normal control group,relative residue rate of gastric pigment decreased significantly in regulating the flow of qi group A,regulating the flow of qi and promoting the circulation of blood group A and B（Chaizhi Pubin recipe group） ,while it did not change notably in the other groups. Conclusion ： Chaizhi Pubin recipe and its separated recipes have different effects on gastric motility of rats. It can be inferred that herbs of regulating the flow of qi could promote gastric emptying of rats, herbs of promoting the circulation of blood alone have no notable effect on gastric motility.
