摘  要:从黑木耳中提取多糖,研究其对小鼠免疫功能的影响。通过灌胃的方法检测不同剂量黑木耳多糖对小鼠免疫器官发育、溶血素生成和巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响。结果显示,黑木耳多糖可明显提高小鼠脾脏和胸腺指数,促进脾脏及胸腺的发育,促进巨噬细胞的吞噬活性,明显增强小鼠的体液免疫功能。研究表明黑木耳多糖具有明显的增强小鼠免疫功能的作用。The study was designed to research effects of Polysaccharides from Auricularia auricular on immunological function in mice. Polysaccharides of different dosages were given by intragastric administration. A series of tests, such as thymus index and spleen index tests, hemolysin test and phagocytic functions, were carried out. The results indicated that polysaccharides from Auricularia auricular could enhance spleen index and thymus index, increase phagocytic function and HC50 in mice. The research showed that polysaccharides from Auricularia auricular have remarkably effects on immunological function in mice.
