摘  要:为进一步明确活性染料在可溶性阳极电化学体系中的脱色机理,分别以铝和不锈钢为阳极和阴极,在恒电流模式下,考察了活性红M-3BE模拟废水脱色过程的影响因素.实验结果表明,电流密度、电解液初始pH值、氯化钠电解质浓度、温度、染料浓度对染料溶液脱色效率影响显著,在一定实验条件下,染料溶液脱色率可达到98%.在不同pH的范围内,活性红M-3BE表现的脱色机理不同,pH4-8为混凝与阴极还原脱色共同作用,9〈pH〈4则表现为阴极还原脱色为主;氯化钠的加入在使染料脱色得到增强的同时,也有助于电还原所产生的芳环结构中间产物的去除.To further clarify the mechanism of decolorization of reactive dye in the electrochemical system with soluble anode, influence factors on decolorization of C. I. reactive red M-3BE simulated wastewater were researched under galvanostatic model and using Al as anode and stainless steel as cathode. The experimental results have shown that the decolorization of the dye is strongly affected by current density, initial pH, temperature, concentration of dye and NaCl,and the decolorizing efficiency of the dye simulated wastewater is 98% under certain experimental conditions. The decolorizing mechanism of the dye is different in the different range of pH, coagulation and cathodic reduction filled the role of decolorization in the range of pH 4-8, and cathodic reduction predominated in the range of pH〈4 or 〉9. The addition of sodium chloride can not only enhances decolorizing, but also contributes to remove aromatic substances produced by cathodic reduction.
