摘　　要：目的探讨缺氧诱导因子-1(HIF-1)在大鼠实验性糖尿病心肌病中的表达。方法应用链脲佐菌素(STZ)制作大鼠糖尿病心肌病模型,采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测HIF-1在心肌细胞中的表达。结果免疫组化染色结果HIF-1主要阳性表达部位为细胞质和细胞核,糖尿病组阳性表达率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论HIF-1在糖尿病心肌细胞中表达增强,具有促进心肌细胞凋亡的作用。Objective To explore the expression of HIF - 1 in experimental diabetic eardiomyopathy rat model. Methods This study established in rat model of diabetic eardiomyopathy induced by STZ, the expression of HIF - 1 in heart myocytes was detected by imunohistocbemieal staining. Results The immunohistoehemical analysis showed that positive expression of HIF - 1 was located in cytoplasm and nucleus. Its positive expression rate in experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group, and the difference was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The significantly increased expression of HIF - i in heart myocytes of diabetic rats demonstrated that HIF - i may have the action of promoting cell apoptosis.
