手足口病患儿体液免疫检测分析

摘　　要：目的观察和分析手足口病患儿体液免疫状况。方法测定25例手足口病患儿血清免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA、IgM)及补体C3水平,以同期34例健康儿童为对照组,比较两组IgG、IgA、IgM及补体C3水平。结果与对照组相比,手足口病患儿血清IgG、IgA水平降低(P<0.001);IgM明显升高(P<0.001);但两者补体C3水平无显著差异(P>0.5)。结论手足口病患儿感染病毒后,体液免疫功能受到影响,导致血清免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA降低,而IgM明显升高,但对补体C3影响不大。Objective To study on the function of humoral immunity in children with hand - foot - mouth disease （HFMD）. Methods Levels of serum IgG, IgM, IgA and C3 were detected in 25 children with HFMD, and their results were compared with those of normal controls. Results Serum levels of IgG and IgA were obviously reduced than those of normal controls （ P 〈 0.01 , P 〈 0. 001 ）. Serum level of IgM was sig- nificandy increased （ P 〈 0. 001 ）. There was no significant difference in serum level of C3 between children with HFMD and controls （ P 〉 0.5 ）. Conclusion The function of humoral immunity was changed after children infected with HFMD viruses, and serum levels of IgG and IgA were decreased ; but serum level of IgM was significantly increased. There was no influence on serum level of C3.
