非典型法氏囊病的诊断及不同疗法效果比较

摘　　要：近年来,传染性法氏囊病发病逐渐趋于缓和,呈现出非典型化,给临床诊断带来困难,因此,掌握非典型法氏囊病的诊断方法就显得尤为重要。同时,为探讨非典型法氏囊病与典型法氏囊病在治疗方法上是否存在差异以及非典型法氏囊病的治疗方案,选定安阳、郑州等地区的8个鸡场,分别设Ⅰ组(高免卵黄组)、Ⅱ组(疫苗组)、Ⅲ组(抗病毒药组)对病鸡进行治疗。结果显示:Ⅲ组(抗病毒药组)在治愈率和经济成本方面,均优于其他两组,今后可以做为治疗非典型法氏囊病的方法。In recent years,the onset of infectious bursal disease tends to ease gradually,presenting a feature of being atypical,which makes the clinical diagnosis difficult.Consequently,it seems to be particularly important to master the methods of atypical bursal disease diagnosis.At the same time,in order to explore whether there is difference between atypical bursal disease and typical bursal disease in treatment methods,and to probe into treatment options for atypical bursal disease,we select eight chicken farms from Anyang, Zhengzhou and other areas,and divide them respectively into three groups （Group I for high-immunity yolks,Group Ⅱ for vaccines,Group Ⅲ for antiviral agents）to cure ill chickens.Results show that Group Ⅲ works better than the other two groups both in cure rate and economic cost.So Group Ⅲcan be used as the treatment method of atypical bursal disease in the future.
