摘　　要：介绍了首台设计温度为-45^-50℃的15MnNiNbDR钢制2 000 m3乙烯球罐的选材、结构设计、球壳分带角、原材料性能指标、制造及安装中几何尺寸及焊接线能量的控制、无损检测要求、球罐整体热处理工艺确定以及乙烯球罐常用钢板化学成分及力学性能指标的对比。15MnNiNbDR was used for first 2 000 ma steel ethylene spherical tank at -45 --50℃ design temperature. The experience for design and fabrication,such as material selection, structural design, zonal angle, quality controlling, physical dimension, welding heat input, nondestructive detection, heat treatment process, contrast of chemical composition and mechanical properties was introduced.
