摘　　要：在介绍美国军队管理体系的发展历程、运行模式、总体结构和运行特点的基础上,对其执行过程中所遇到的问题进行了剖析,并提出了解决问题的途径,以期为我国军队环境管理体系的建立和完善提供借鉴。Based on the introduction of development process, operational mode, overall structure and features of the environmental management system（EMS） of U. S. Army, fhis paper summarizes the problems of implementation process of the system and proposes the countermeasures, which will provide enlightenments to the establishment and perfection of EMS of PLA.
