陕西关中地区农用地集约利用时序变化特征分析

摘　　要：依据1992～2006年关中统计资料,结合关中实际情况及土地集约利用内涵,构建农用地集约利用水平评价指标体系,在此基础上采用改进的熵值法确定指标权重,利用综合指数法计算1992～2006年关中地区农用地集约利用水平、投入强度、利用程度、利用效率和持续程度,并分析其时序变化特征。结果显示:在准则层中,投入强度对农用地集约利用水平的影响最大;在所有指标中,劳动力指数对农用地集约利用水平的影响最大。1992～2006年农用地集约利用水平起伏波动,总体上呈上升状态;在其构成中,由1992年的利用程度占主导地位变为2006年的投入强度占主要地位;从时间序列来看,农用地的投入强度和利用效率都表现出上升趋势,而农用地的利用程度和持续强度则有所下降。研究结果将为缓解关中地区人口、资源、经济之间的矛盾,提高农用地集约利用水平以及农业的持续发展提供科学依据。According to the statistical data from 1992 to 2006 in Guanzhong, we construct the index system of agricultural land use intensity associated with its actual facts and the implication of land use intensity. Based on it, we use modified entropy method to calculate the weights of each index and employ the comprehensive index method to calculate the agricultural land use intensity, land investment degree, land utilizing intensity, land utilizing efficiency and land sustainable degree from 1992 to 2006, after that we analyze their time-sequence change characteristics. The results show that investment degree affects agricultural land use intensity greatly in normal level and labor index has a great role in all indexes. Agricultural land use intensity fluctuates and appears a rising trend in a whole; in its structure, it changes from utilizing intensity had an important role in 1992 to investment degree showed major role in 2006. Agricultural land investment degree and utilizing efficiency show a rising inclination, while utilizing intensity and sustainable degree appear to reduce showing in time sequence. The results will alleviate the contradictions among the population, resource and economy, improve agricultural land use intensity and provide a scientific basis to agricultural sustainable development.
