摘 要:在南京市傅家边农业科技园进行氨基酸螯合中微量元素肥料对葡萄品质影响的试验研究。结果表明:在施用一定量有机肥作基肥的基础上,配施氨基酸螯合中微肥可以显著改善葡萄品质。与对照和有机肥处理相比,有机肥配施较低水平的氨基酸螯合中微肥可分别增加葡萄的可溶性固形物含量1.98%和1.89%,均达到统计学显著差异;其糖酸比分别提高5.82和6.65,亦达显著差异;其果实的还原糖含量及Vc含量也有不同程度的增加。有机肥配施较高水平的氨基酸螯合中微肥,葡萄的可溶性固形物含量和还原糖含量略有增加,糖酸比亦有所提高,但未达统计学显著差异。供试条件下,施入一定量的氨基酸螯合中微肥可显著改善葡萄品质,以有机肥配施较低水平的氨基酸螯合中微肥的效果较佳。Effect of amino acid chelated middle-micro element fertilizer on quality of grape was studied in Nanjing Fujiabian Agricultural Technology Garden. The results indicated that when applying a certain amount of organic fertilizer as basal fertilizer, the additional application of amino acid chelated middle-micro element fertilizer significantly improved the quality of grape.Compared to control and organic fertilizer treatments, applying organic fertilizer combined with a lower level of amino acid chelated middle-micro element fertilizer, the total soluble solids of the fruit increased by 1.98% and 1.89% respectively; the sugar/acid ratio increased by 5.82 and 6.65 respectively; there were significant differences in total soluble solids and sugar/acid ratio among them. In addition, the reductive sugar and vitamin C content also increased at certain degree as applying organic fertilizer combined with a lower level of amino acid chelated middle-micro element fertilizer. In other hand, there were slight increments in fruit soluble solids contents, reductive sugar, and sugar/acid ratio as applying organic fertilizer combined with a higher level of amino acid chelated middle-micro element fertilizer compared to control and organic fertilizer treatments. Under the tested conditions, application of amino acid chelated middle-micro element fertilizer at a lower level had a better effect for improving quality of grape.
