摘 要:用适宜浓度的混合硝酸稀土对马占相思和大叶相思进行浸种处理可促进种子中内含物的转化,从而促进种子的萌发和幼苗生长,但同一稀土溶液对不同树种的适宜浸种浓度不同。总的来看,在低浓度(10~300mgL-1)范围内种子的发芽率、发芽势和幼苗的苗高、主根长、侧根数、茎叶干重、根干重和总干重均随稀土浓度的增加而呈增长趋势,到达最大值后,随着稀土浓度的增加而下降,而用高浓度(500~1500mgL-1)的稀土浸种则会对种子萌发和幼苗生长产生抑制作用。Acacia mangium willd, and Acacia auriculiformis A. Cunn. were treated with mixed nitric-acid rare earth solution by soaking seed. The results showed that soaking seeds treated with optimum concentration of rare earth solution promoted the transformation of internal substance and germination of seed. However, different species had different optimum concentration of the rare earth solution. Generally, low concentration of rare earth solution (10-300mg L-1) promoted seed germination and seedling growth, the indexes of germination and seedling height, taproot length, branch root number and seedling dry weight. Above indexes decreased after they reached the maximum value with increasing rare earth concentration. Seed germination and seedling growth were inhabited by rare earth of higher concentration (500-1500mg L-l)
