摘  要:以新疆昌吉市阿什里乡退化蒿类荒漠草地为研究对象,分析了不同退化阶段草地的理化性质,并对土壤的理化性质与物种多样性二者的关系进行了初步的探讨。结果表明:随着草地退化程度的加据,土壤容重增大,物理性质变劣,总盐和pH显著升高;有机质含量升高,全磷、全钾含量在极度退化阶段达到最高,但未达到显著水平;在极度退化阶段,土壤氮和速效养分受草地退化的影响较显著。土壤的化学性质与物种多样性呈负相关关系,尤其以有机质、全氮和全钾较显著。由此表明,土壤与植物的发展相背离,导致草地生态系统不稳定。Taking the degraded Seriphidium transillense desert grassland at Ashili rural of Changji city in northern Xinjiang as an example, the soil physicochemical properties of the different degraded, series are analyzed. And the correlation between biodiversity indices and soil factors is also discussed. The results showed that, along with the over degradation stage, but the difference was not marked. In over degradation stage, the influence of grassland degradation on the nitrogen and available nutrient was relatively notable. There was a negative correlation between species diversity and soil chemical propertiest, especially for organic matter, total nitrogen and total potassium. So we can conclude that the development direction between the soil and plant is deviated from each other, which indicating that the grass ecosystem is unstable.
