根际微生物在克服药用植物连作障碍中的潜力

摘　　要：连作障碍是药用植物栽培中的一个突出问题。根际微生物区系发生的定向变化是导致药用植物连作障碍的重要原因之一。介绍了根际微生物对药用植物生长的作用、连作时根际微生物区系的变化及其原因,探讨了根际微生物对克服药用植物连作障碍的潜力。Continuous cropping obstacle has a strong impact on medicinal plants grow. The change microflora is one of the important factors to cause continuous cropping obstacle of medicinal plants. In effects of rhizosphere microbes to medicinal plants growing was introduced. The changes of rhizosphere of rhizosphere the paper, the microflora and its origins were also analyzed. Based on the analysis, the potential of rhizosphere microbes wase discussed including mycorrhizal fungi and plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria in relieveing continuous cropping obstacle of medicinal plants.
