摘  要:使用不同几何形状辅助电极改变聚苯乙烯溶液纺丝射流的分裂行为,利用高速摄像机与扫描电镜等观察射流分裂过程以及电纺毡的形态。结果表明:辅助电极推迟了射流分裂过程,电纺毡面积明显变小且面密度大大提高,同时,超细纤维平均直径略粗、形态良好。辅助电极的管径对射流分裂行为影响显著。电场强度越大,会聚作用越明显。The auxiliary tubular electrodes with different radii were used to modify the splitting of the electrospinning jet. The high-speed camera and scanning electron microscopy were applied to observe the process of splitting of the jet and the morphology of resultant electrospun mats, respectively. The results showed that, the auxiliary electrode postponed the splitting of the jet, and thus the area of the electrospun mat became much smaller and its density greatly increased, meanwhile, the average diameter of electrospun uhrafine fibers with good morphology slightly increased. The diameter of the tubular auxiliary electrode remarkably affected the jet splitting behaviour. The stronger the electric field was, the more obvious convergence was achieved.
