摘 要:沼气精制后品质类似天然气,可以用作车用燃料,正成为能源领域一个重要分支。文中简介了沼气制取车用天然气级燃料系统的组成和工作过程,该系统以自行设计的中空纤维聚酰亚胺膜组件作为主纯化脱碳装置,并设计了脱水、脱硫、脱氧和脱氨装置。在反应温度为25℃条件下,对0.6MPa的沼气原气进行初步试验,纯化前后沼气的组分含量变化如下:CH4从56.72%升至81.90%,CO2从37.80%降至13.69%,O2经过计算小于0.5%,H2S从45mg/m3降至15mg/m3,露点从12℃降至-19℃。该精制系统为大中型沼气工程膜分离纯化系统的开发提供了理论基础和实践依据。Refining biogas can be used as vehicle fuel and its quality is similar to natural gas. Refining biogas is becoming one of the important branches of energy field. The frame and working process of biogas refining system for obtaining vehicle fuel were discussed. Among them, the main device-hollow fiber polyimide membranes separation module was devised by our special request. And the other devices for removing water vapour, sulfureted hydrogen, oxygen, ammoniate were designed by ourselves. The primary experiments were carried out under the 40℃, 0.6 MPa reaction conditions. The components of biogas were tested before and after refining. The results showed that CH4 increased from 63.47% to 87.21%, CO2, O2, HzS and dew point decreased from 28.22% to 9.23%, from 1.16% to 0.04%, from 30× 10^-6 to 10×10^-6 and from 12℃ to -19℃, repectively. The research and experiment of biogas refining system provide theoretical bases and practical references for the development of membrane separation system fit for big or moderate biogas engineering.
