路优泰治疗咽异感症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨路优泰对咽异感症的疗效。方法：回顾性分析2007年7月～12月86例患者使用路优泰治疗的咽异感症患者的临床资料。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）、汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）评定临床疗效。结果：路优泰治疗前后的HAMD及HAMA评分比较差异有统计学意X（P〈0．05）；路优泰治疗组有效率明显高于对照组，治疗后焦虑倾向和焦虑症患者在总体中所占百分比明显下降。结论：路优泰可用于有焦虑倾向和焦虑症的咽异感症患者的治疗。Objective：To study the effects of neurostan in patients with pharyngeal paraesthesia. Methods： Retrospective analysis on the clinical manifestation of 86 cases with pharyngeal paraesthesia which had been diagnosed and treated from July, 2007 to December, HAMD and HAMA were used to evaluated the clinical effect. Results： The evaluation of HAMD and HAMA in neurostan group showed a significant difference at between before and after therapy （P 〈 0.05）. The validity ratio in the group of treated by neurostan is higher than the control group. The percentage of patients with anxiety had obviously decreased after treatment with neumstan. Conclusion： Neurostan can be used for treatment of patients with pharyngeal paraesthesia and anxiety.
