摘　　要：目的:让病人了解糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)治疗的过程及安全性,以达到满意的治疗效果。方法:对684例糖尿病视网膜病变的病人治疗观察护理,了解病人的心理变化及采取相关的护理措施。结果:多数病人治疗前均有不同程度的紧张恐惧心理,经护理人员积极采取有效的心理沟通方式,说明此项技术先进性与安全性及治疗后可能出现的不适反应,可明显消除病人的思想顾虑和紧张情绪。结论:氩激光技术对糖尿病视网膜病变的治疗方法简单、安全、治疗效果确切。做好治疗前、治疗中、治疗后的护理及相关指导尤为重要。Objective： The goal is to make the patients realize the cure process and safety of diabetes retinoparth （DR）, and make them saftisfied. Method ：Observe 684 diabetes retinoparth Patients witn DR, to find out the psychology change of the patients and take correlative measure and observe the effect. Result： Most of the patients have horrorable feeling in a degreebefore the cure process, 8 patients feel disgusting and headache The worrier and nerverse feeling can be ironed out largely after the nurse＇s posotive communication with them, elaborating the advantage and safety of this technology and possible unusual syndroms. Conclusion： Inference the method of keyiren laser to DR is simple, safe with a conspicous effect, also it is very important to make sure that the nursing before, in the midst of and after the cure process is conduct well.
