摘 要:谐振接地系统故障选线是配电网故障选线的难点,其中缆-线混合线路出线的故障选线尤为困难,是选线研究的热点问题。谐振接地系统缆-线混合线路发生单相接地故障时,各馈线的小波能量分布不同,为此提出综合小波能量相对熵新概念,并利用综合小波能量相对熵实现故障选线。对各馈线故障零序电流首个1/4周期波形进行小波分解,并对各尺度下的小波分解系数进行单支重构,利用重构系数计算各馈线在各个频带下的小波能量。结合相对熵对信号间细微差别的超强识别能力,计算各馈线在各个频带下的小波能量相对熵并求取每条馈线的综合小波能量相对熵,通过比较各馈线全频带的综合小波能量相对熵大小选出故障线路。理论分析和大量仿真表明,该方法有效避开了TA饱和间断角对选线的影响,对于缆-线混合线路、纯电缆线路和纯架空线路,该方法均适用。It is difficult to detect fault line in resonance grounding system; especially the fault line of resonance grounding system with cable-overhead hybrid line, which is hotspot problem in field of fault line detection. When single-phase earth fault happened in cable-overhead hybrid lines of resonance grounding system, the distribution of wavelet energy is different in each feeder. Therefore, we put forward a new conception of complex relative entropy of integrated wavelet energy and a fault line detection method, which utilizes the complex relative entropy of integrated wavelet energy. It makes wavelet decomposition with initial half-wave of zero-sequence current, and reconstructs wavelet decomposition coefficients in single branch, then makes use of decomposition coefficients to calculate the wavelet energy in each frequency band. Combine with the great signal recognition ability of relative entropy. The wavelet energy relative entropy of every feeder in each frequency band is calculated to obtain the relative entropy of integrated wavelet energy in every feeder. The fault line is selected after the size comparison with the relative entropy of integrated wavelet energy. Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that such method effectively avoids the impact of saturated dead angle to line detection. With regard to cable-line hybrid lines, pure cable lines and pure overhead lines, this method is all applicable.
