摘 要:为了解疏水性纳米复合涂料导线覆冰的影响,研究导线覆冰的增长规律,在小型人工覆冰实验室内,对涂覆不同疏水性纳米复合涂料的导线进行了覆冰试验研究。通过改变人工覆冰试验条件,得到大量样品导线覆冰增长的试验数据,对试验数据进行对比和回归分析,得到导线覆冰增长规律,并导出导线覆冰增长的经验公式。从风速、覆冰时间、覆冰密度等因素对导线覆冰增长规律的影响展开分析。结果表明:复合涂料虽不能阻止覆冰的增长,但能降低导线覆冰质量;导线涂覆新型涂料后覆冰密度降低,从雨淞转变为混合淞状态;导线覆冰质量增长与风速呈类似抛物线关系,随覆冰时间呈指数上升关系。To understand the effects of hydrophobic nano-eomposite coating on conductor's icing growth, and to study the growth law of conductor's icing, we studied the conductors covered with different hydrophobic nano-composite coating through icing in the small artificial icing lab. By changing experimental conditions of artificial icing, a large number of test data for conductor samples icing growth were obtained. Based on regression analysis and contrast of the test data of eonductor's icing growth, the law and experiential formula of conductor's icing growth were also ob- tained. The effects of wind velocity, icing time and icing density on the law of conductor's icing growth were analyzed. The results show that: although the composite coating can not prevent the growth of icing, it can lead to a lower icing amount; covered with composite coating, the conductor's icing density reduces and the ieing's pattern transits from glaze to rime; conductor's icing growth forms a parabolic relation with wind velocity and an exponential increasing relation with icing time.
