摘　　要：针对夏热冬暖地区广州某城中村村民住宅楼项目,分析建筑围护结构各部件如屋顶、墙体、窗户、玻璃、遮阳以及空调设备等对建筑节能指标的影响,并通过节能计算软件模拟得出各项参数,根据我国实际情况探讨建筑设计的节能技术问题。Through the project of a residential building in Guangzhou,analyze the building envelope structure parts such as roof, wall,window,glass,shade,air-conditioning equipment and other indicators of the impact of building energy conservation index,and use the energy conservation software to obtain the parameters,according to the actual situation in China to explore energy conservation building design technology.
