摘  要:目的比较制丸机-微波干燥法与泛丸法-烘箱法制备六味地黄丸的质量。方法以丸的重量差异、崩解时限、马钱苷的含量及溶出度为指标,比较2种方法制备六味地黄丸的质量。结果制丸机-微波干燥法制备的六味地黄丸含量高、崩解时限短、重量差异更易于控制。结论采用制丸机-微波干燥法制的六味地黄丸的质量优于泛丸法-烘箱法制备六味地黄丸的质量,过程简单可控。Objective To compare the preperation of Liuweidihuang granules with 2 methods: pill-marking madine-microwave drying and sugar coater-oven method drying. Methods Using the weight variation, collapse time limit, loganin, and dissolution as indexes to compare the quality of Liuweidihuang granules with the 2 methods. Results The pills had a low collapse time limit and a high content. The weight variation was easy to control with pill-marking madine-microwave drying. Conclusion Pill-marking madine-microwave drying is better than the sugar coater-oven method drying. The preparation process is simple and easy to control.
