摘　　要：利用公司原有的600 t钢锭模和新设计的浮游底盘相配合,成功冶炼浇注一支459 t钢锭,钢锭脱模顺利,钢锭表面质量好。利用此方法提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。By combining one 600 t ingort mold of company with new designed flotation underpan, one 459 t steel ingot has been successfully melted and poured out. The stripping of ingot went on well and the surface of ingot was qualified as well. By adapting this method, the production effect was upgraded and the production Cost was cut down at the same time.
