摘 要:研究目的:考察中国"小产权房"持有者的动机因素以及动机取向,揭示中国"小产权房"持有者动机的构成。研究方法:文献资料法、问卷调查法、实证分析法。研究结论:(1)"小产权房"持有者动机可以分为5个动机取向:金钱价值影响、基本住房改善、自然宜人环境、工作生活需要、认知兴趣实现;(2)在"小产权房"持有者动机取向中,金钱价值取向的动机强度最高;(3)大多数"小产权房"的持有者动机是复合型的动机类型,由两个或两个以上的动机取向构成。The purpose of this paper is to "restricted property house" leaseholders , include documentation, questionnaire and motivation of "restricted property house" explore the factors and the directions of the motivations from the so called and also to discover the composition of the motivations. Methods employed empirical analysis. The research presents the following conclusions: (1)the leaseholders can be classified into five elements: money value orientation, housing improvement, comfortable natural environment requirement, job and living restriction, cognition and interest realization; (2)within the five elements, money value influencing is the most influential; (3)most of the "restricted property house" leaseholder' s motivation is composed of at least two elements, which thus can be called as a pattern of compound.
