摘　　要：以中石化武汉市城区加油站为对象,通过测量样本加油站肺通气量,并进行统计分析,找出了影响加油站发油员劳动强度的相关因素——发油次数,为制定科学、合理的薪酬分配方案提供科学的依据。Taking Wuhan urban gas stations as the study object, this paper mainly discusses the labor intensity of staffs, finding out the relevant factors affecting the labor intensity, the number of refueling, by measuring on the spot staff＇s lung ventilation of selected samples of Hubei SINOPEC gas station and statistical analysis and providing a scientific basis to formulate a scientific and reasonable salary distribution plan for SINOPEC gas station administration.
