摘 要:用溶胶—凝胶法合成了磷酸三钙。首次系统地研究了不同龄期、不同温度下磷酸三钙的水化活性,并用X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)等测试手段鉴定了磷酸三钙的水化情况和水化产物的形貌。研究表明,磷酸三钙在常温~60℃温度下水化非常缓慢。随着温度进一步升高,磷酸三钙的水化反应明显加快,最终的水化产物是枝状、针状结晶的羟基磷灰石。The tricalcium phosphate was prepared by sol gel method,and its hydration activity under the conditions of various ages and various temperatures were analyzed for the first time.XRD,IR,SEM were applied to determining the hydration degree and the image of hydrating product.The results showed that the hydration of tricalcium phosphate was very slow under the temperature of R.T.~60℃.As temperature further rised,the hydrating reaction became fast obviously.The final hydrating product was hydroxyapatite which was dendritic texture or acicular crystal.
